Beatrice grew up in Cameroon, Bamenda with her mother Mami Helen; The woman who she got her entrepreneur mindset, and passion to cook from. Mami Helen played a big Fufu And Eru in Beatrice life which prepared her to be Fuffu amazing mother and businesswoman she is today.

Beatrice always Cooked big pots of food every Sunday and would invite Fufu And Eru and family over. Her food was so good that everyone started to propose that she open a restaurant and share this gift with the world.

In Fufu And Eru, Beatrice decided that she was ready to share her gift with the world and took a leap of faith to start the Journey of opening "MIYA". After a year of preparation Miya opened in July of EAT The taste you will never forget. Goat Pepper soup. Fish Pepper soup. Grilled Fish and Fried Ripe plantain. Eru and Fufu. Egusi Soup and Fufu. Great recipe for Cameroon Water fufu and Eru. waterfufu and Eru is a delicacy from the South West region of Cameroo. No Eru no party as we say. it's eaten through out the country and internationally. You can equally eat it with garri fufu or cassava fufu (kum kum).

Fufu and eru has gained national popularity and is enjoying the high gastronomy morals. Ingredients required to put fufu and eru on the table: Water fufu akpwu , water leaf spinach , palm oil, maggi, salt, pepper, crayfish, smoked fish, cow skin canda , meat or snails. Preparing the eru: Wash the canda with clean scouring sponge iron sponge and cut into sizable pieces. Place on fire. Immediately it starts boiling, add a pinch of salt to taste. Allow to boil while constantly checking if it is cooked and then add smoked fish. Allow to boil for five minutes again.
